Management, The new paradigm

Well. After studying many theories of management I finally got the ultimate theory of management, and I am sure that in the future my theory of management will be taught in leading management schools. Anyway, of one thing I am sure, itÂ’s definitely better then the crap developed by Maslow, Mayo, and Taylor.

To understand the theory we need to answer two questions, question one “will there be any manager in heaven?” there can be two answers to this question, for example, if we say “yes” then I think the logic of heaven wouldn’t be so exciting, since all this time we have learnt that heaven is an ultimate place, everything is perfect there, etc.Sotc. so the probable answer will be “NO” and that serves the purpose.

Now the second question, “will there be a need for management and managers in hell?” Ok, here we go! We sure need good management, good managers and good policies for “hell management”. The objective of hell is to make things worst for the inhabitants in any possible and logical way!

As a conclusion we can say that the only place management exists is in hell since imperfection requires “good skill to make imperfection worst”. And that’s the new paradigm of management, “Management is an Art to be used to make things worst, it’s a science to understand the nature of the problem and after “make it worst” by providing “optimal solutions.” what we can say, hell to management, hell to managers.
