I really don’t know why I am writing this one, but I think I should write, I should speak, and I should speak loud.

In a discussion with Gamz who is a Jedi blogger, I have realized that many people are commenting on each other’s blog. Well, I think it’s a bit contrary to the overall idea of blogging. What’s the point of writing with an expectation of “comment” from god knows who, or whoever!. In my opinion, blogging is all about we, ourselves and our thought, why other bother? Are we using blogging as Psychological Refuge?

By the way, I was advised to not to enable the comment option, but again, why? Should people have at least this level of courtesy to not read and poke their “noses and legs” in other people bloggs?
Between, what do you call when other poke their nose in your blogs? A “Plog”

Why Bother

Few realities in life one should remember and should always give importance.i.e "why bother!"
social harmony, appreciation, motivation etc etc kind of words have no meaning in reality. All one need to think about is him or herself, and that's all.
end of the day, what we get out of helping people who are "incapable" or in better words "slow" is nothing.
My perceptions about "human can change" and "interest can be created" to motivate people towards a task are changed dramatically. As a conclusion I think there is no way human NATURE can change, at least not at the place where I am now!
why bother if you know that someone will suffer if continue what he/she is doing, free will, its their decision.
why bother if your students do not want to study or work or want to have easy life? Freedom on choice, let it be
why bother if you know someone is an ultimate moron? World wouldn't be an interesting place if morons aren't around!
All we need to worry about is "our blood pressure, our temper, and our life" we wont get anything by boiling our blood to correct other people and their lives.
Lesson Learned, Thanks guys...

Management, The new paradigm

Well. After studying many theories of management I finally got the ultimate theory of management, and I am sure that in the future my theory of management will be taught in leading management schools. Anyway, of one thing I am sure, itÂ’s definitely better then the crap developed by Maslow, Mayo, and Taylor.

To understand the theory we need to answer two questions, question one “will there be any manager in heaven?” there can be two answers to this question, for example, if we say “yes” then I think the logic of heaven wouldn’t be so exciting, since all this time we have learnt that heaven is an ultimate place, everything is perfect there, etc.Sotc. so the probable answer will be “NO” and that serves the purpose.

Now the second question, “will there be a need for management and managers in hell?” Ok, here we go! We sure need good management, good managers and good policies for “hell management”. The objective of hell is to make things worst for the inhabitants in any possible and logical way!

As a conclusion we can say that the only place management exists is in hell since imperfection requires “good skill to make imperfection worst”. And that’s the new paradigm of management, “Management is an Art to be used to make things worst, it’s a science to understand the nature of the problem and after “make it worst” by providing “optimal solutions.” what we can say, hell to management, hell to managers.

I am confused,

Just got is a moderation report of few modules taught by me to the final year business students. Apart from equalities like 4x2 = 6 or “ this paper contain 4 questions, answer 4 questions in section A and answer any 3 questions in section B” in “checked and rechecked exams received from “of course” very capable and highly qualified academics of foreign academic institutions” there is something else which surprised me this time (Oops! I should have said “enlightened” instead of surprised)

Like most of the times, out of six students who sat for the exam six got over 70% results, (in other words, all are in distinction class). Ok Ok, I know there is nothing to be pompous about this, but at lease can’t I have right to get confused? Please don’t be mean to me; can’t you see I am confused?

Fine, why I am confused? Well, I have to, I think, need to learn logic again. Is it the case that I am logically screwed? Let’s turn back and check the report again. Ok. 6 students sat for the exam, all 6 are getting first classes, so what the confusion? The moderator in his/her moderation report states “six students get six first classes, no change of marks; student performance is “Average”. So the question is “an average performance = first class” so what will be the class for above average performance?

Ah ha! Finally I got over my confusion, I have just realized that the person who moderated the results of the module “Creative Idea Generation” cant Pronounce "L"!
